Which browsers are not supported and compatible with TLS 1.1 and 1.2?

Any browsers that do not support TLS 1.1 and 1.2 will be unable to connect to LoanLink.

  • Internet Explorer version 10
  • Safari version 8

**Browsers that have TLS 1.1 and 1.2 disabled by default will need to have TLS 1.1 and 1.2 manually enabled. The following configurations may require manual enablement of TLS 1.1 and 1.2:

  • Windows 7 users with IE 8, 9, and 10
  • Windows 8 users with IE 10


What if I’m unable to update my Internet browser?

If you are using a device with an outdated operating system, you may not be able to update your browser to the most current version.


I can’t update my browser
